MinuteKeeper keeps every caption with the speaker's name and the time it was said, and merges Teams' partial lines into clean sentences.\n\nKNOW IT'S WORKING\nThe toolbar icon shows what's happening at a glance:\n• Grey: nothing is being saved\n• Red dot: you're in a meeting and it's being saved\n• Amber dot: you're in a meeting, but captions are off or can't be read\nIf something is wrong, a notice also appears on the Teams page, so you can fix it before anything is lost.\nTeams installed as an app has no browser toolbar, so a small badge on the Teams page shows the same states, with one-click buttons to view, save and mark lines. Teams pages that were open when MinuteKeeper was installed or updated are reconnected on their own, without a reload, and updates wait until your meeting ends.\n\nDECISIONS AND ACTION ITEMS\nPress Alt+Shift+D or Alt+Shift+A during the meeting to mark the latest line as a decision or an action item, or mark lines afterwards in the transcript viewer. Then save a short meeting summary: decisions, an action item checklist, and who spoke how much. No AI needed.\n\nYOUR TRANSCRIPTS\n• Save as text, Markdown, Word, JSON or SRT/WebVTT subtitles, or copy with a prompt for the AI tool you use\n• Search every saved meeting by title, speaker or words spoken, and jump to the exact line\n• Fix words captions get wrong with a glossary (for example \"jura\" to \"Jira\"), and correct a speaker's name once for every meeting\n• Save automatically when the meeting ends\n• Back up all meetings to one file and restore them on a new computer\n\nPRIVATE BY DESIGN\nTranscripts are stored only in your browser on your computer.
