It shows a bar with customizable colors for the like-to-dislike ratios on Youtube. It does what it says, and it's pretty cool. You can also customize whether you want the progress bar on the top, and the rating bar on the bottom, or vice-versa. You can even show percentages of likes on a video, that differ in color based on how high the number is. I recommend.
