Figured it out. Open a new tab, and IN Microsoft Edge in the settings ON the webpage specifically, click on custom, then click on manage under custom theme. Then go into discover more themes and click on the one you want. If you want the picture to show instead of all the ads and news, go to settings after you change the background and click on the tab labeled "Content." Then, click on either content off or headings only. You should now be able to see the new background :)

great! If anyone was wondering how to add the backround, go to a new tab, on the top right click on the settings symbol, then click custom, then custom theme.
