Thanos click  extension  is usually made for fun. If the "Remove in Click" button is enabled in this extension, the item you click on will be removed. Its use is very annoying so it should be used for fun. There is also a button " Thanos cursor" that you can click on to make your cursor look like the hands of Thanos. 

There is another button in the setting called "No StyleSheet" which if you enable it, when you open any page that page will open without design.
