RingCentral's App Connect is a single browser extension for Microsoft Edge that integrates RingCentral's unified communications features into a range of CRM cloud services. This brings the power of a complete communication suite, including phone, text messaging, fax, and more, directly into the tools people use every day.

- A communication suite embedded in your CRM: Integrate all of RingCentral's functionality directly into your browser and CRM, allowing you to make and receive calls, send SMS, and check your voicemail— all while managing your customers, opportunities, and accounts.

Installing and connecting the extension to your CRM:
Once the extension is installed in your browser, authorize it to access your Redtail account. To authorize the extension and complete the setup process, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your CRM.
2. Within the CRM, find and click the blue "RingCentral Labs" icon that should appear in the lower right-hand corner of your browser window/tab. This "R" icon should show up on every page of your CRM.
3. In the horizontal menu, click the "more" menu and select "Settings."
4. From the Settings pane, look for the link to connect your CRM.
5. Click the link and follow all on-screen instructions.
