Password Manager works on my desktop computer, but during the first week of March, password manager stopped working on my laptop. Totally confused. Don't know how to fix it. I can log into Password Manager through Norton's webpage. The URL on my desktop pc ends with "/unlock" and it works, but laptop displays the last part of URL as "/progress". If I change it, it shuts down. If I remove "/progress", the first login screen displays, but when I click on unlock to get where I put in my password, the screen also shuts down. Again, totally confused, and frustrated.

not happy always something going wrong always trying to sell you something when really should be included seems to change settings on its own? password manager disappears
