I purchased this product to capture long and complex ChatGPT sessions. The sessions involved mathematical equations, charts and tables. The feature I used was Capture entire session. What this software does is make one long screenshot (graphic as JPEG or PNP file). ChatGPT puts at the bottom of the active screen a box where the user can continue the chat. Nimbus Screenshot indiscriminately puts a line at the bottom of each frame often obscuring information such as a mathematical equation or line of text. Further the resolution of the graphic is poor leaving out important details (an "=" becomes "-" and a "-" is missing - making it necessary to go back and compare the output against the live screen (often tedious). If you save the file to a pdf, it consists of one long super skinny page that when blown up to normal page width, the poor resolution makes it even more difficult to read. I would like to have my $60 refunded, but it seems impossible to find a means for doing so..

I purchased an Annual Capture Pro subscription from January 2022 to July 2024 for $49 per year and a $249 Lifetime Pro license on July 5, 2020, for project management and data collection. However, I faced significant challenges transitioning from the annual to the lifetime license. On July 8, I recorded a 2.5-hour client session using the Chrome extension on Brave Browser, but it froze on the "Processing Video" page. Support suggested using Chrome only, which I followed. A similar issue occurred on October 31, and after multiple follow-ups, no further contact or solution was found by December 1, 2024. I’m disappointed with the software's performance and inadequate support, especially after spending over $200. I formally request a full refund of my Lifetime Pro license because the software failed to perform its primary function and did not respond to my inquiries.
