Recording worked and video quality and audio seemed fine, but only thing that sucks is that you can't skip forward in the video! :(

Works where others did not! I do like how you can choose whether to record system sounds, mike, or both. ONE NOTE that I keep running into. When I try to open the captured video with VLC (de-facto standard!), I cannot fastforward or rewind. To help others, I was able to use ffmpeg to correct it, using this command-line (for example) (between the quotes in cmd prompt, not including quotes): "ffmpeg -err_detect ignore_err -i 2024-12-19.webm -c copy 2024-12-19-fixed.webm" When opening the fixed.webm with VLC, no problems at all, and should also be able to transcode with VLC to x265 10-bit to save size/bandwidth. You can find ffmpeg.exe if you install for example portable apps then Shotcut64 in the App folder.

I used it for the first time to record a class; but only the image came through; no sound at all, how can I resolve this?
