Service Gateway QA Addon v8.3 is out! NEW LOOK! 🔥

Everyone in SGS must install and use this addon on MS Edge browser when working on Service Gateway (ServiceNow).

This will save time and effort spent in correcting Quality mistakes, as well as provide some very useful and time-saving features like "1-Click Teams Meeting" to create fast meeting right from your SG Incident and also get the incident updated after the invite is sent! 

Another feature "SG Reminders" will send you Desktop Notifications to remind you about important tasks related to a SG ticket. 

More features have been added on Problem Management module to support SMEs while performing Problem Management and to remember the most important actions. 

Eventually, the main purpose is to keep our QA compliance at 100%, without any additional corrective efforts!
