This extension replaces the new tab page with a photo background featuring dog photos from a variety of breeds. Accordingly, we require the following permissions:

1. Storage
The storage permission allows the photo backgrounds to be stored locally and load quickly for the user. 

2. Host Permission
The extension uses photos from Unsplash.com and presents them as your new tab background. This host permission is required to request background images from the Unsplash API.
