How to access the dashboard / settings?
You can either click the VX button below the home button or favorites button, or if you the 'User Settings Shortcut' enabled (It is enabled by default) you can shift click the user settings gear.

What is the dashboard?
The dashboard contains VX settings and both themes and plugins, it also contains VX current version.

What are the plugins that VX adds?
 * Always Show Crown: Always shows the server owners crown

No plugin is enabled by default. 

Can I make my own plugins?
Yes, you just need to go into the plugins page, then click the + button.
There are no docs currently, so you would need to look at VX itself to see how they work

Are there any preloaded themes?
No, VX doesn't contain any preloaded themes.

Is there a theme store / website so I can get themes?
Yes, VX uses the betterdiscord website to get themes
There are also other websites that you can go to download themes, like https://betterdiscord.app/themes or you can also search up 'Discord Themes' in your preferred search engine.

How do I load downloaded themes?
In the dashboard you can go to the themes page, then you click the import button in the top right and select the downloaded theme.

Can I create my own theme?
Yes, VX has a built-in theme editor. You just need to click the new theme button, then click the edit button.
You do need to know CSS, but CSS has a lot of documentation https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/CSS
 
Does VX store any user information?
No, VX doesn't store any user information. 

Is VX closed source, and can it be trusted?
VX is not closed source, and it can be trusted. You can look at its GitHub page here https://github.com/doggybootsy/vx/ 
VX also doesn't minify or mangle its code, so its compiled code is easily readable.

Can VX "Block content on any page" as according to the permissions?
No. VX only runs on discord. 
VX does remove all CSP related headers on web requests, but that is only on discord.
