Description

Privacy Badger automatically learns to block invisible trackers.

Privacy Badger sends the Global Privacy Control signal (https://globalprivacycontrol.org/) to opt you out of data sharing and selling, and the Do Not Track signal (https://www.eff.org/issues/do-not-track) to tell companies not to track you. If trackers ignore these signals, Privacy Badger will learn to block them.

Besides automatic tracker blocking, Privacy Badger replaces potentially useful trackers (video players, comments widgets, etc.) with click-to-activate placeholders, and removes outgoing link click tracking on Facebook and Google, with more privacy protections on the way.

Excellent "no muss, no fuss" privacy protection with little to no website breakage. Privacy Badger is a trusted extension supported by a trusted organization, the Electronic Frontier Foundation, and is regularly maintained by a group of dedicated individuals.

Tracking protection add-on that also converts embedded media to placeholders, and adds support for GPC (the automatic "don't sell my data" flag). (It used to detect new trackers automatically, but had to stop when someone figured out how to track using *that*, so it uses a pre-generated list now unless you *really* want to turn learning back on.)

Nothing but a headache! Constantly fails to load on Edge (windows 10 PC) and now I constantly get error that "Privacy Badger failed to initialize". ENOUGH of this mess. Bye bye badger.
